1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your email address; case information such as eBay notices, questionnaire answers, case history, SR numbers, and notes; uploaded evidence such as invoices, screenshots, identity/address records, tracking records, correspondence, and other supporting documents; and technical information needed to operate the service, such as authentication, security, and diagnostic logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the free analyzer, create and update case records, generate recovery guidance, analyze evidence, personalize recommendations, maintain account and product access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Uploaded documents and AI-assisted analysis
Evidence may be analyzed using automated tools. Machine-readable files may be evaluated for document structure and case relevance. Image analysis is performed only after explicit consent and may send the image to a configured AI service provider for processing. SellerRestore does not treat automated analysis as proof that a document is authentic.
4. Service providers
SellerRestore relies on infrastructure and software providers to host the application, authenticate users, store case data and files, process payments when checkout is enabled, and perform optional AI-assisted analysis. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services to SellerRestore.
5. Payments
When paid checkout is enabled, payment information will be processed by our payment processor. SellerRestore is not intended to store full card numbers or card security codes.
6. Data retention
We retain case records, uploaded evidence, service records, and related account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and support history, satisfy legal or security requirements, and resolve disputes. Deleted cases may be retained for a limited period in backups or audit records.
7. Your choices
You can avoid uploading information that is not needed for your case. Do not submit passwords, full Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information. You may request assistance with access, correction, or deletion of account data through the contact page, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect case information, including authenticated access and private file storage. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
SellerRestore is intended for adults managing seller accounts and is not directed to children.
10. Independent service
SellerRestore is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is responsible for its own services and privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
12. Contact
Privacy requests can be submitted through the SellerRestore contact page. A dedicated support/privacy email will be published before paid checkout is enabled.
